The location of this place was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, and only a ten-minute drive from a unique shrine.

Everything was great during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its brilliant location very close to the restaurant which closes at 2300hrs, and beautiful bay near Pula. Clean rooms were cool with a good bed and bathroom. Central heating, a work desk, and television were good.

our stay at rooms k&t sea side luxury was absolutely perfect. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. we loved the walk-in shower. the location was ideal, just a short walk to stoja beaches and close to a supermarket and mall. the staff/owner were friendly and accommodating.

The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect base for exploring the beautiful locations of Pula and Stoja. the location of the property was brilliant, with a bus stop right outside that conveniently takes you into Pula within 10/15 minutes. the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, was stunning with crystal clear waters and a variety of water sports activities. the nearby restaurants were also delightful. Rooms K&T Sea Side Luxury exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in Pula.

We couldn't have asked for a better value for our money. The room at Rooms K&T Sea Side Luxury was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Stoja beaches and close to a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations, with beautifully refurbished rooms, a friendly owner, and an amazing breakfast spread. It is just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the main mall in the city, making it the ideal location. the house is well-connected to the city center and the airport, making it convenient for travelers.
